Welcome to my web page where I hope you will be challenged to spend more time with God. I am a wife of over 43 years. A mom of two sons, who are pastors, two daughters, by marriage, a Nana to four fantastic grandkids but most of all a follower of Jesus Christ.
We have lived in several states and moved eight times in those 43+ years. God has always placed us exactly where we needed to be in order to teach us how to be more like him. No, my husband is not a pastor. We were in ministry as lay people. Doing whatever needed to be done to advance the kingdom. So, God used Alcoa to pay the bills so we could be where we needed to be. To help start a church or play whatever role God deemed necessary.
I started this blog because of much prodding by friends. God has allowed us the opportunity to find out that family is much more than the group of people you are born into. It’s the people with which you have the bond of Christ. Therefore, we have family all over the world.
Through the years I have had the priviledge of teaching and singing at different womens events. Those times have been easy compared to setting up this blog. So, when you see things that are wrong or I seem to have made a mess of please drop me a line in my email.
